Pianist Daniel Noli has prepared a CD of his very personal musical ruminations. Virtuosity is put aside to discover a universe of introspective musical reflections. Grieg, R. Strauss, Respighi, and Rachmaninov are revealed and revered with transcendent intensity. Born in Uruguay, Daniel Noli studied in Romania and Russia on scholarships, winning two competitions in Italy and the Debussy Competition in France. He has concertized through Europe, Latin America, and the U.S. Now living in Mexico, he is a professor at the National Conservatory of Music, and a member of the National Institute of Fine Arts.
