Old School revisited

"Pehaps review is not the correct word for this CD. I went to the same school as some of the band, I went to the gigs they played in Beaumaris in the early 60's and I used to see them practising in a house near the third tee of the east course of Royal melbourne Golf Club.

For many years I have wanted this CD but have only just got around to getting it.

It is music that I grew up with and still enjoy. Dixie jazz is like a big jam session with all the players doing their own thing in a mozaic of music."
