"My husband is an Upright Bassist, and a huge fan of Ray Brown, one of the best there ever was in that field. This CD is loaded with virtuosoistic work, and gives a great overview of this mega-talented musician's life work. It's on the ipod too and we hear it again and again. My husband actually studies it! Well worth getting if you love superlative jazz."
