Synopsis

Product Description
Exercizer Maximizer 2CD Set: Workout Music Engineered to get you Results.
Music specifically designed to enhance your run or workout with Power, Energy, and Strength with the beats per minute coordinated to the heart rate of a Decathlon Athlete. The Exercizer Maximizer jump-starts your routine, pushes you further, makes you workout harder, and gets you results faster! More than just exercise music - a complete workout system! Use for Running, Cycling, Stair Machine, Elliptical, Free Weights, Cardio, Home Gym. Perfect for use with Nike+ iPod Sport Kit® or Adidas miCoach®.
The Exercizer Maximizer utilizes Binary Beats Technology in the Warm Up and Warm Down tracks on Volume 1. Scientific Research has found that when listening on headphones, Binary Beats can harmonize the left and right brain hemispheres and put them into a beneficial Alpha or Theta state. The Warm Up uses Alpha state Binary Beats associated with enhanced serotonin release, mood elevation, and positive thinking. The Warm Down track uses Theta state Binary Beats that correlate with deep relaxation, meditation, and focus.
Composer Raney Shockne has a psychology degree with an emphasis in music therapy and advanced degrees in NLP. Shockne's Music Motivational Therapy Practice was first developed and used to train US Olympic hopefuls reach their peak performance goals. He also composed the award winning Winsor Pilates® and The Firm® DVD series from Guthy-Renker. Now with the Exercizer Maximizer® Raney Shockne brings you his most Advanced Engineered and dynamic compositions yet - for running and any workout routine you enjoy! Each composition was thoroughly tried and tested on the track and in the gym to give you the best pace and inspiration for each phase of your workout. Unlike other sport mixes or a playlist you create yourself, the Exercizer Maximizer's 24 minute motivational tracks will keep you propelled at a constant heart rate, without the downtime in-between songs or an annoying shift in pace, allowing you to stay on target and immersed with your agenda.
Notice: Binary Beats should not be used by anyone with a history of seizures or epilepsy. For this reason Volume 2. has versions of the Warm Up and Warm Down tracks that sound identical to the human ear as the versions on Volume 1, but without the Binary Beats enhancement.

"I would recommend the Exercizer Maximizer to everyone! Whether you are doing cardio on a stairmaster, lifting weights or running it will synergize your workout.

You immediately feel more refreshed, more energized and finish your workout with a great mental buzz and exceptional clarity. You are literally working out your brain and your body. What other product can give you that?

Everyone should use this product in their workouts!"
Amped up my workout!

"I used to run only 2-3 miles for my morning jog. Now with the Exercizer Maximizer I can easily pull 5-7 miles, and I feel great! I've tried other sport mixes and it always bummed me out the poor selection of old tunes and how the BPMs never stayed constant. This was created specifically to workout with and I can feel the difference. This is the exercise music I've been looking for!

The audio instruction track is thorough on the different tracks and what type of exercise each one is for, but you have to read the inside front cover for info on how to import it into iTunes at their recommended settings for the best sounding results.

The idea of the binary beats brain waves technology scared me a bit, but Vol. 2 has versions of the Warm Up and Warm Down tracks without the binary beats in case you don't like them."
