Dromedary's "Quartet" forges new ground in the international music arena. On their first 3 albums, the multi-instrumental duo Dromedary artfully brought together the most interesting elements of acoustic mountain music traditions from South America, North America, and Eastern Europe. With the addition of bassist Neal Fountain and drummer Jeff Reilly, Dromedary Quartet puts forth a more sophisticated, urban sound, as if the peasants just descended into the city and began playing along.
