Synopsis

Product Description
Paul Tabachneck's new album, "Here Goes Nothing," embraces an ethos of back-to-basics: acoustic guitar, piano, bass, and vocals are practically the only components (strings are used on the bittersweet "January"), which makes a full departure from the heavily produced approach he took with his previous effort, "Boy Meets Girl." Produced in Brooklyn by newcomer Mark Marshall, the album mostly explores the theme of loves lost and found, through a cautiously optimistic lens. The only departure from this theme, the acrimonious and plaintive "Jerk," finds Tabachneck viewing himself through others' negative viewpoints, and weighing the merits of their complaints. He's really not a jerk, though. You should buy this.
