"Sometimes a song can really be surprising, when you least expect. It can be so surprising, it can influence people to listen to your music. That did encounter from the case of Patti LaBelle. Her single, When You've Been Blesed, one of the signature tracks from her 1991 Grammy-winning Burnin' record, is just one those songs that can still get to me, whether it is Gospel, Soul and R&B, or Pop, Patti LaBelle really sings a great classic. I strongly suggest you hear this song. It is really very moving. If you can't find this as a single, largely because it is out of print, get her Greatest Hits from 1996. You won't be sorry."
