Significant and Lasting

"Pat Zimmerli is a genius. He has honed his skill and developed as a composer of stature. I knew him when we hired him to play in our local wedding band. He was in High School and we were all in our thirties. He could play anything - from Jazz to you name it, and he sounded better then any sax player I had ever heard. He was always practicing - experimenting with sound and overtones. It was clear to me then that he would make it in music and I would be reading about his CD's someday. Well, I own them and find each is part of a considered statement unfolding riches with each listen. This man is a composer of our time and for the future and I encourage you to listen. This CD is a great start as it contains some of his most accessible music and is a pure delight."
