"Religiously--

I can imagine that this recording is very meaningful to listeners who are of the Jewish faith. For those of us who are not, it walks us through the Passover Festival and helps us understand its importance to those who are.

Musically--

This is not lieder or opera; it is a totally different genre. Nor is it a language we are accustomed to hearing. Still, we can enjoy the beautiful choral work and, of course, the fabulous voice of Richard Tucker."
