Wonderful cd

"I have not reviewed products that I have bought on here before.However,after taking a 'chance'on this cd,I knew I had to write.I originally bought the Gotan Project cd 'La Revancha del Tango'after watching the movie 'Shall We Dance' where I fell in love with the music.I also looked at this cd at the same time as it was recommended as one that others bought along with the Gotan cd.Boy,am I glad I bought this one.The Gotan cd is great.......but the Otros Aires cd is even better.I find it more seductive,more authentic,less produced,and an incredible mixture of tango ryhthms with spoken words interspersed with the music.It makes me think of a small Argentinian cafe with dark ambience,muted colours,lit candles,sexy staff,small,intimite tables,and the music.....this music......floating out into the open air and swirling round the table! I have been playing this cd quite a bit lately.Anyone who has come over has asked who it is.I know I will buy their other cd that is available on here as well.I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for something a bit unusual to listen to.Let it grab you and take you to another place where the lights are low,the music is hypnotic,and you can throw caution to the wind."
