Garage/Punk to Indie Rock in the style of THE PRETENDERS and MAZZY STAR, underground sensation NATALIE FLANAGAN'S EP "5 STAR DAY"was recorded LIVE at Room 9 in Boston by Boston sound guru Ducky Carlisle [Ducky is also international blues sensation Barrence Whitfield's drummer]. "Number One" charted in the Garage mp3 genre top 10 through March until the second week of April 2000 and charted as the #1 song in that catagory for almost 3 weeks. "As I Do" charted in the top 100 New Country genre mp3 catagory for the same time period, and was the #1 New Country mp3 song in Massachusetts for 3 weeks, although "As I Do" could more properly be classified in the New Country/Indie Rock catagory. "Tina" has also charted well in the Garage catagory and both "Little Machine" and "Right Reasons" have continued to chart well in the mp3 Indie Pop LoFi catagory. "Natalie Flanagan has a great voice and lyrics. Natalie's music style is best decribed as PUNK/GARAGE music. This cd "5 Day Star" is a LP of 5 great songs. which are 1. Tina, 2. Number One, 3. As I Do, 4. Little Machine, 5. Right Reasons. Some advice music lovers...go che check it out!!!!"
