The music is selected based on the number of beats per minute and our bodies fall into sync with that beat. Ideally this will result in Motivation (your own motivation). I put this on while working and don't really realize that the music is on, so I'm not really listening to it. But when I play the music, I seem to stay on-task better and seem to be motivated to complete the project. I have many of the ABT disks and love them all. The Relaxation disk is wonderful to help fall asleep."
