"I love this recording, mainly because it is very professional and done very well. My favorite is the track with the gentle thunderstorm and the ocean waves. It is unusual that you hear both at the same time.

I also love that the tracks are nice and long perfect to sleep with."

"I myself just started getting into the sleep therapy CD's and this one has not disappointed me. The oceans sound real, along with the gentle thunder in the background. Also, the rain does sound authentic and not like a generic static sound.

Overall I am very impressed with this. I purchased another variation of thunder sleep aid, and that one isn't as good as this.

"A good product overall.

I have a wide selection of sleep aid products. I find it helpful to switch from one another, otherwise it gets boaring.

Nature sounds are simple and straight forward- they do the work. I recommend looking for non-distracting continuous sounds. They work best for me.
