Album Description Motorbass are the duo of Philippe Zdar and Etienne de Crecy. Two names that are intrinsically bound with France's development into a leading force on the International dance scene. In the wake of "Pansoul", Zdar would go on to launch the Cassius project with long time sparring partner Boombass, while de Crecy would steer the "Super Discount" album, Solid Recordings and his own solo works. This album is a quintessential part of any house music lovers collection. In this year, probably the tracks might sound too repetitive, or too long, but it is a good thing as these tracks build and grow and also, as the chemical enhancers change with times. Despite these considerations, this is an elemental album needed in every collection. A dirtier Etienne De Crecy's Tempovision [another excellent CD] It is hard to find albums that are great from start to end, so in these times, I refer back to these often as staple sounds of the time."
