Traditional blues... with a twist!

"I can definitely say that this is a great blues album. Do not you expect flashing guitar solos or other pyrotechnics, this CD is a matter of a fantastic blues "groove" more than anything else. I never heard about this band before and I bought this CD just for a chance. I am glad I did, for sure this is going to be one of my best purchase of 2008. I have been captured from the very first note of the opening song that in some way reminds me the sound of the great Hound Dog Taylor and I cannot stop listening to it. The sound of the band is in one way very close to the old school of traditional delta blues however on the other hand very modern, difficult to describe in words you just have to listening to it. It is a real pleasure to discover that in the blues business there are still bands able to distinguish them self with an original sound and style. I would suggest this to everyone who love the blues, you will not be disappointed."

"Is it just me or on track one is there a place that sounds like it skips. I got a second copy same thing.If any one has one that doesn't do this please post it hear.I will then keep looking.Mickey"
