"I heard this CD a couple times in yoga classes and I finally asked what it was because I HAD to have it. Its so soothing and relaxing. I find it hard to be stressed when I listen to it."
Alpha brain wave inducing music

"I first came across Al Gromer Khan's music back in the late 80's while hanging out with some Sufi's. I immediately fell in love with the stillness represented in his music. Slow and rhythmic, it hits somewhere deep inside your body, calming you down very quickly.

Monsoon Point is a bit less New Agey and edgy than his more popular Space Hotel, but you have the added effect of Amelia Cuni's haunting, rich and melodious voice taking you even deeper inside to the stillness of your center.

Al Gromer Khan's music, and particularly Monsoon Point, is great to use for relaxing and easing stress, meditating, lucid dreaming, and studying. It will help put you in a quiet, clear headed state without much effort.

I also recommend Konya for those who like to do Sufi Whirling as it has a nice steady flowing beat that makes you want to get up and move.
