"I cannot think of a better album of Spanish Ballads. This guy is at his peak right here! Unfortunately, I would like to buy his other albums but the music is just not up to par with this one. This album has caused women to sob in my presence. The lyrics are so moving that whoever or whatever moved this man to write this should be lauded an angel. The music is epic, the words are hypnotic, and his voice is simply the best male vocal I've ever heard. Granted I'm not talking Pavarotti here... it's more! It's a man at his best, a man in love with life and his experiences and able to share them in the richest metaphors I've ever heard. If you like music that sounds as new today as it did in 1988 you've got to try this one! I only wish this guy made more like it. Give special attention to Baila Gitana and Cuando te entro."
