The full Meadowlark Ensemble performs a bounty of visually evocative instrumental compositions, written by Cyge and Trombetta, capturing the vibrant spirit of the Desert Southwest and beyond. Stunning art by Arizona landscape artist, Ed Mell graces the cover and CD booklet along with the stories of each of the compositions. The Ensemble features Lynn Trombetta on flute and pennywhistles, Rick Cyge on guitar, Allen Ames (also of the William Eaton Ensemble) on violin, violira, and mandolin, world percussionist Joe Garcia and keyboardist Andy Baade.
