CD Reviews

Great selection of global dance music!!!
Jon and Tamia | Southampton, N. Y. USA | 12/17/2001
(5 out of 5 stars)

"Le groove eclectique II offers a great selection of global dance music on one C.D. Mark Gorbulew of New York's "Au Bar" has traveled the globe and again he shares his musical findings with us. He takes us on an "Endless Journey," a song he penned with Cliff Watts, of chilled out lounge music. Other standout tracks like "Smoking Girl," from Gingko of France, and "E.T.D.J.," done by Celtic Wah Wah of Scotland have been included with Claude Challe of Buddha Bar's African flavored mix of the Franco-Algerian group Karmix. Every one of the 14 selections are expertly blended together into a continuously flowing rhythm. Truly the best global lounge / dance compilation available. Thank you, Mark Gorbulew."
Le groove has the flow

"An excellent follow up to volume one. This series stands tall among the glut of lounge titles out there.Truely, it's a global take on some of the emerging musical visionaries across the planet.Soulful, invigorating and inspiring are some of the emotions that arise after continued spins. You may not know the artists by name, but you'll be glad that someone has taken the time to bring them to a larger audience."
Another gem from Gorbulew

"This a sexy and sophisticated collection. The music flows seamlessly but provocatively thanks to a sensuous pulse that doesn't quit. Like the first volume, it's got artists from all over the globe, which really keeps it moving. Entrancing and atmospheric are the words that come to mind."
