Meadows at his silky smooth best....

"The very first Marion Meadows CD that I heard, Body Rhythm, was a favorite...I used to let friends borrow it, tell everybody about it, and used it when I was with a woman that I cared about.....I thought that there wasn't going to be another CD that I could love more....Until....Pleasure was released. I was simply blown away by the sheer beauty of the music....If you ever need a song that can take you mind off your problems.....Get Away is the song for you....It combines beautiful sound of Meadows' Sax, and the great voice of Nikki Richards. Every song is a testament to Meadows' skill and drive....If you are a true fan...then you can appreciate this beautiful piece of work. I, for one, can not wait til the next CD."

"Marion Meadows is one of the best saxophone smooth jazz artists today. This is an inspired work from 1998. He truly draws on his classic musical background to bring tones that very few instrumentalists can match. He can be at his funky best on "Picture This". His rendition of "Unbreak My Heart" is more soulful than any other version recorded. There are also musical talents here from greats like Norman Brown, Chieli Minucci, and Waymon Tisdale. This one is smooth and funky from beginning to end."
