"There are no stars to rate Mariachi Cobre. They play with such brevity, an extremely strong sound. It is aimed straight to the heart and when the heart hears it it bursts and yet bursts isn't a strong enough word for the sensation it creates. The tears just start to pour out of one's eyes because the body cannot hold that much ecstasy. I have heard Mariachis' all my life and this is the strongest sound I have heard. Two others are very good and I love them, but Mariachi Cobre has the sound. I first heard them at the Hollywood Bowl at one of the Mariachi Festivals that is put on there each year. I could not believe my ears. All the singers have tremdous voices they are a wonder to hear some even sound operetic. I ask only one thing of them and that is that they make more CD's and to invite Linda to sing with them more often. I have heard their story and how they were recruited that must be why their expression is so Giving. I know this Mariachi Aims To Please and DO THEY!!!"
