"Marc Copely's Limited Lifetime Guarantee delivers 50 to 60 minutes of pure rock with bass heavy chord progression and rhythms, melancholic ballads and lyrics with wit and bite. Throughout the album his voice ranges between bitterness and anger but at the end, redemption. The first single 'Surprise', is a fun male revenge fantasy on an ex lover. His vocals drip with sarcasm and bitterness on this one. Good riffs and a great hooks. What is interesting is that even in songs like Crystal Clear and Truth and Oil, his timbre seems distressed, even when singing up tempo songs, with the exception of Magic Box, a peppy new-wave bouncy track. Backslide, however, is pure sex pistols punk rock. The album closes with the mostly acoustic Brutal Light, a nice antidote to the mostly aggressive and electric sound of the previous tracks. Reflective and contemplative in vibe, the track is rumored to have been about the reported car accident that almost took his life several years ago. In all, this album is one of the best of the current rock resurgence: adult, aggressive, sarcastic and ironic and reflective."

"Have you ever listened through a CD, thought it was pretty good then left to do something else; BUT then 5 minutes later you find yourself plugged into the same CD again? This is what listening to Marc Copely's CD was like for me. I don't say this lightly: he's a great artist.
He's put out great debut album ("Limited Lifetime Guarantee") packed full of some of the best rock I've heard in a long while. My favorites tracks on the album at the moment are "Surprise" (his single) and the punkish "Backslide". They both have a great beat and the energy in them that makes me feel like singing along, but lucky for you, I won't. All in all I definitely recommend the CD and suggest that everybody pick up about 20 or 30 copies."

"I just heard and saw Marc Copely at a club last night in DC for the first time - I was hooked from the start. In fact, every song they played was incredible. You could tell they were really into it and having fun. The music is fabulous - a great gift for any rock/pop lover. I bought the cd last night and have listening to it over and over again since then!"

"Being a hardcore U2 fan myself, I was immediately drawn to Marc when I learned of his great admiration for them. With his debut album, Limited Lifetime Guarantee, Marc Copely showcases his enormous talent both musically and lyrically. Once a guitar teacher, he now shows his intense passion on the album with his incredible playing, and writes words that form such vivid imagery. He is a truely talented musician with qualities that are rare to find these days."

"Marc Copely's freshman set is an excellent outing. Originally from Worscester, MA, a severe auto wreck complete with severe head trauma, arm & wrist fractures & a smoked back made him take his music more seriously. On "Magic Box" he sounds a bit like Ray Davies' lead vocals from the Kinks. "Backslide" is a furious guitar storm with Copely's snarling vocals, "The self destruction's coming to an end; I'd stop the words before they leave my mouth but the reset button's all worn out." The acoustic closer "Brutal Light" is a surprising last call track, showing range & variety. "Surprise" is a churning rocker, "Heard you got naked in a car; Did I forget to mention what a f**k you are?" "Truth & Oil" is a nice midtempo track with a pretty melody, "Tangled in the vine, I look away carelessly; Turning my head, I turn straight back to you." "Limited Lifetime Guarantee" is a good mix of flat-out rockers and midtempo charmers. Marc Copely's disc is original and entrancing. Enjoy!"
