CD Reviews

GREAT HALLOWEEN MUSIC

"This is the kind of soundtrack that goes hand in hand with the movie....if you haven't seen Maniac and you listen to this soundtrack you will think this is the worst music ever produced BUT if you have seen the movie then you can appreciate the music in this excellent soundtrack. The track that stands out in my opinion is CRY FOR MOTHER, with it's eerie and soft mellow creepy sound.....I think it's an excellent soundtrack to listen around halloween or whenever you are in the mood to KILL......time that is."
Warning!, You might turn into a psychotic killing machine..

"Here we have a soundtrack that is without a doubt the most horrifying & psychotic experience you could get from just listening to it.

The more you listen to it the more psychotic you feel, at least it is really disturbing at times, especially the creepy dialogue extract from the film itself. They say, if you listen through the whole album, eventually you will slowly turn into a killer...wonder if that's true?

To me I feel trapped in a psychotic world of brutality and murder, and bare nightmares about killing somebody.

And after you have finished this nightmare of murder thoughts you can't blame me for warning you. Because this is a real threat for your mind, it will manipulate you into a world of death and despair.

Nevertheless, this is a highly recommended soundtrack to a very disturbing film. Grab it!"
Must Buy!

"The score to Maniac by Jay Chattaway is beautiful and haunting at the same time. Every track is a winner , especially creepy is the tracks featuring dialog from the film. Lots of cool online extras round out the best twenty bucks you'll ever spend."
