My first exposure to Majesty Crush was the single "No. 1 Fan" which sounds like the love letter Hinckley would've written Jodie Foster. I found that song plus "Pennies for Love" and a better composed (although not necessarily better recorded) version of "Horse" plus 2 more tracks on an early EP released on a label called Vulva. There's another EP on Vulva titled "Sans Muscles" with 5 tracks, one of which is a live (sounding) version of "Uma" titled "Bestower of Blessings." I recommend these recordings to all who love the sound of breathy boys pining obsessively over beautiful women (Jodie Foster, Uma Thurman, Monica Seles, Cicciolina, etc.) Majesty Crush pulls it off with brilliant waves of guitar ecstasy reminiscient of early Verve."
