A treat for Mozart lovers

"I have had this recording on cassette for many years and wore it out a long time ago from listening to it repeatedly. I'm just getting around to replacing it on CD now. This is a great representation of Mozart's works, truly showcasing the scope of his talent. Each selection is conducted in a spirited manner to breath life and energy into the piece as I believe Mozart had intended. You will not be disappointed with this selection."

"If you are looking for Mozart's Bassoon Concerto, don't buy this recording. (1) It is only the third movement, not all three movements. (2) It is listed and advertised as the "First Movement: Allegro." (3) It's not all of the third movement - the entire third solo episode is cut. (4) The soloist, George Zukerman can be heard playing ALL of the concerto elsewhere."
