"In this energetic CD I was able to find the most representative songs from my culture. However, the way Luis Cobos and the Royal Philarmonic Orchestra produced MEXICANO make me feel like this was the first time I heard these songs. If you listen to it, you will feel alive and it will become one of your favorites right away. All my international friends love it since they don't have to speak spanish to enjoy it. You won't regret buying it!"

"I was seating at a train station waiting for my connection to Barcelona. As I was listening to Luis Cobos, I felt nostalgic since I have heard all the songs throughtout my childhood. Then I felt joy and happiness when I learned from the bartender that Luis Cobos was a famous Spanish music director who enjoys playing Mexican music. Great album, a must if you like Mexican music without the lirics."

"I am nostalgic for Mexican music. This MEXICANO album was given to me by a cousin when I visited my homeland, MEXICO, two years ago. I work graveyard shift, and my working hours go faster than breeze when I am listening my CDs of instrumental Mexican music. I enjoy listening the music of LUIS COBOS every night. His arrangements with the London Philarmonic are in great taste and just plain beautiful. I recommend you this CD. You wont regret buying it. I am anxious for LUIS COBOS' newest CD to come out this August, also Mexican music. Knowing COBOS' talent I am sure his new CD will also be a hit and great buy. AY CHIHUAHUA.....
