CD Reviews

Lucrezia..? Where did she come from?

"I heard this track while watching videos on HBO Zone and I had to have a copy. This remake of the original "Live To Tell" captures even more of the essence of the lyrics. The bass beat has a jazz effect which enriches the essence of time, and life, passing by. If you know the feeling of wanting and needing to do something but not being sure when, then this track by Lucrezia is definitely for you."

"I took a risk buying this cd because i never heard of it but i noticed it was on the club charts for a long time and i thought that the title "live to tell" might be a remake of the classic madonna song. so when i got it i listened to it continously. The song is a club song and a remake of the madonna song "live to tell". The single has the radio mix and three david morales remixes. I'm not a big fan of david morales that much now but he outdone himself on the remixes. The remixes are radio edit, club mix, and his classic mix which are all really good remixes. The cd also has the song "Nothing to say" which is another club mix that is just ok. I also could not find this cd in any of the music stores where I lived. They haven't even heard of her but she sounds like somebody that will make it big in the future."

"Brilliant video and song played on MTV dance channel in the UK pre christmas 2001. But it is driving me mad trying to get track the CD single in england. Not sure it was ever released outside the US."
