CD Reviews

Lorraine Johnson Is A Great Singer!
Richard Law | Nashville | 11/18/2008
(5 out of 5 stars)

""Learning to Dance All Over Again" was the title of one of the albums brought together here for a British re-release. Lorraine Johnson is a singer's singer. I know because I'm a singer. In fact, I am singing back up on all four cuts on that LP. "Who Do You Think You're Fooling" has to be one of the funkiest cuts I have ever sung on. If you can sit still listening to the great tracks of Moses Dillard and Jesse Boyce, then you surely must be legally dead. Great stuff! Remember; disco didn't really die... it just changed names (House Music, Dance Music)as dancing is more popular today than ever. This CD release will have you dancing for sure plus the powerful voice of a great singer, Lorraine Johnson. I highly reccomend it.
