Everything that could be wanted

"I bought this album at a concert this summer. At first I thought the album was a bit more mellow than the show. however, the mellow songs were great. The arrangements are well thought out and clean but not to produced. This definetly is an album that fits radio and driving. I now listen to it at least once a day because most of the other new albums I have don't have that song in song out consistency like this one does. the sound goes from trippy progressive (ex. Pixies) to in your face (Veruca Salt minus the cheese factor) to passionately edgy (Sheryl Crow). There is no way to be let down by this album. Listen for the telecaster twang on everybody lies and the driving bass on every track. The vocals are perfect. And as a bonus the percussion could not be any tighter. Enjoy!"
Fabulous!

"Saw them live and they were incredible. "I Believe in What You Do" is amazingly catchy. It's good pop/rock, very upbeat and cheery. I highly recommend it."

"This cool little band from REM's hometown apparently gets dumped by a major label in a big merge'n'purge before even releasing a record. So, instead of moaning about how unfair it is and how labels suck....they get themselves together and record this v. cool collection of pop/rock songs both fast and slow. 'California' is pure power punk, 'Italian Song' should be a movie, 'I Believe In What You Do' reminds me of the Small Faces somehow and 'Ocean In The Sky' is psychedelic heaven. Not just pretty faces, these....they are real musicians and songwriters. I saw them live at SXSW and was mesmerized. I'm way too old and too white to dance in public...but I was dancing anyway. So there."
