"Lauren continues to redefine popular music in her own voice, combining covers with original material. You could call her a popular artist with a twist of jazz and a dash of blues. Whatever. The results speak for themselves. "Life is Good" is the glory of this particular album--an anthem, if you will, for the ennui of these Post-Modern times. If there is anything about Lauren that can be stated definitively, it's that she deserves a wider audience for her music and more fame for her talent. Highest possible recommendation. Listen!"
