...Living Life In Paradise...

(4 out of 5 stars)

"First things first: If you do not care for slower, Slide Guitar/Ukulele Island-Paradise music, you will not like this album. Personally, I enjoyed the music that Lil' Cap'n Travis has brought to the table. It is slow and steady, but very moving. Listening to it makes me feel like I'm sitting on the beach in Hawaii. Some songs are faster and more upbeat than others, like: "Natural Fool," and "Rhinestones." But my favorites are the slower, "surfer" songs like: "Steady as She Goes," and "Let Her Dance." There is a good piano song called "Teenage Mustache" that was very emotional; even though it was so short. Over all, "...In All Their Splendor" is a very good album and it will leave you satisfied. A great album to check out if you are looking for something new."
