"I've seen Le Switch play live twice in San Francisco, and this album does what I hoped: it captures their energy & personality. Their songs aren't happy, but somehow their sound is always a celebration.

I mean, like, a really cool, knowing celebration. Don't get me wrong. Le Switch isn't twee.

It's actually a sound you *haven't* already heard -- country plus rock plus indie rock plus a viola and sometimes a trumpet? Whatever it is, it works.

I've been listening to Le Switch all year and loving them. Highly recommended."
