"I always said that someone should bring out an album of one song remixed so differently that you would never really feel that you were listening to one song over and over. Lassigue Bendthaus has probably come as close to that as anyone ever will!!! Some of the remixes are so severe, if it weren't for a strain of the melody or the vocal line, you'd never think it was the same song!! Definitely shows that this band can approach remixing with true creativity. A musical inspiration!!!"

"If you are not familiar with Uwe Schmidt and his Myriad disguises, you are missing out. Lassigue Bendthaus is where you must start. LB is where all modern electronic music comes from. when this cd was initially released, It came with an additional disc entitled "Binary". This is the sampling disc you hear in just about everything since. His music covers such a wide range, he had to release his stuff on his own label "Rather Interesting" (which says it all). a true innovator and master of his craft. this album is an example of the drastic mutations that occur as a result of cloning."
