While thats fine I suppose if you'd like, but the songs are in Russian (Sung by a Finnish group). Just so you know.
Dont be turned away by langage barrier (I dont know a word in Russian) and I find this album to be really good. The songs are dense and structured rather well. There is an epic feel to most of the songs and its just a good doom album. The art work is very appropriate to the musical direction. Its slow but epic, sorrowful sounding but militant music. I like Stalingrad onwards, but the first half of the disc is good too. If you wanted a preview before buying, go with Stalingrad and Ne Prosti (Do Not Forgive); its a great one-two punch synopsis of the disc's overall sound. Enjoy ! HAPPY LARS" |
