"Getting a bit sick of this whole "rock revival" thing that's been happening since The Strokes "Is this it" cd? There's been so many bands since who have been pedalling this sound.

Few stand out from the crowd but Kubichek seem to be one of them!

Not enough night contains great twin guitar parts, great catchy songs, with interesting lyrics.

I CAN'T BELIEVE IT I FOUND ONE THAT IS ACTUALLY GOOD!



Reminds me of how I felt when I listened to Interpol's first cd "Turn on the bright lights", even though it was fairly derivative sound wise the songs were just brilliant.

The band aren't reinventing the wheel or anything but it sounds good and it rocks.

Highlights are "Roman is better", "Taxi", "Nightjoy".

The last couple minutes of "Hope is impossible" are mindblowing, a gigantic wall of sound which brings to mind Sigur Ros at their most intense.

The chorus to "Outwards" is like a shot of adrenaline to the heart.

Kubichek could really push the boundaries on the next album. I have a feeling they will.
