"I have been doing yoga for over 30years, so I'm not a "newbie", but I wanted a yoga routine that would be comfortable to do. At first, I was a little skeptical of the reviews, because so many of them originated from Washington, D.C., so I thought most of them were her yoga students supporting her. I'm glad I tried it for myself though, because this is a GREAT yoga vinyasa routine, and can easily be altered for different lengths of time; this is a fabulous cd for any level of experience. I downloaded to my iPod nano, so I can take it with me on the road; HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!"

"This is by far the best yoga cd that I have purchased for my at home practice. The cd is designed to lead you through a complete practice, but it is split into tracks so that you can tailor your practice based on your time constraints or just on what you feel like doing that day. I loaded this cd into my itunes and will sometimes insert my favorite songs between Kimberly's tracks to extend my practice. I can also take it with me on my ipod when I travel. Kimberly provides perfect reminders for alignment and breath - this is a great cd for anyone who loves to have fun with yoga."
There's no excuse to not practice daily now!

"I've had an on again off again yoga practice for the last 13 years. This CD has helped me establish a daily home practice successfully! It was quite difficult for me to do yoga on my own, so being led through a session is incredibly helpful. I used to attend Kimberly's classes here in Washington, DC so I know first-hand how great a teacher she is. For a true beginner who has not taken a yoga class, this may be a challenging CD to follow. For the more experienced yogi, it is a great CD for morning practice when the body's a bit stiffer and just waking up. My only criticism would be that the pace of instruction is just a tad fast. A little more time to feel sensations in the body and relax between postures would have been better for me. Overall, I highly recommend this CD. You rock, Kimberly! Namaste, La."

"I love Kimberly Wilson's "newbie" CD. Her music choices are just right, her voice is soothing, and the pace is great -- challenging, but doable. I love the Tranquil Space philosophy and dedication. I also like the options for shortened practices and the general arrangement of the tracks so you can tailor your own practice. This CD has made my home practice possible."

"My name is Jordan and I have been doing yoga for about three years now and our group only got together once a month because we really were not having fun and we didn't understand. So I got on line and saw Ms.Wilson's cd and decided to give it a try and now our group meets every Tuesday and Thursday.Thank You Ms.Wilson for making yoga fun and understandable.
