CD Reviews

Rockabye Mommy

(5 out of 5 stars)

"Of all the classical music gifts for our nursery (including way too many Mozart for Baby renditions) THIS is our family favorite. Simply wonderful grownup music that soothes mommy too."
Not what I expected

"While the selections in this collection are great, the musical arrangements are not the best in terms of soothing a baby to sleep. Some of the selections have upbeat sections or actually increase in volume. I found myself running into the room to lower the volume of the CD player multiple times. My baby stirs out of a relaxing moment in the middle of some of the songs. I still have yet to find the perfect compilation of classical lullabies."
A Wonderful Bedtime Collection!

"We've been playing this CD at bedtime nearly every night since our 4 year old was an infant. She loves the peaceful lullabies and they definitely help her to get to sleep. Now that she's four she will even turn the CD on by herself because she knows it helps her to sleep. I highly recommend this collection to anyone looking for a lullaby CD! (I'm buying a spare in case something happens to the one we already own.)

My daughter is now 8 years old and she stills listens to this CD at bedtime. Pretty amazing!

December 2009

At almost 12 years old, our daughter still chooses this CD to help her relax and fall asleep on occasion."
