"I bought this because the review in Jazz Times Magazine said, "Not to be missed." Boy, was that right!I had never heard of Schaphorst before, but you can bet he will be around for a while if he keeps making albums as good as this one.This is perhaps the most exciting new big band since Don Ellis and Buddy Rich started their bands in '66.And you can't beat the price of Naxos CD's."
