"Old Keith Whitley has been singing country for a long long time. As for me I've only been listening a short short time. After listening to the Alison Krause version of "You say it best...", I became interested in the Keith Whitley version, which in its own way was a treat to listen to. Progressing on through the SUPER HITS collection I realized this is foundation on which tody's more mainstream country rock is built on. I think you'll like the songs on their own merits as well as hearing the origins of today's country blues."
