"Another satisfying collection of well-written and performed music by a very classy musician. Keiko Matsui writes most (in not all) of her material with a sense of her heritage in every song. Her classical training is very evident on her keyboard work. Her sense of rhythm is very listenable with enough variance in songs to create a new mood with each song. As she has described in some of her live performances, each song has an origin based on her life experiences and/or ethnic folklore. I believe I have 19 of her albums (CD's) and have not been disappointed in any of them. You know it's Keilo Matsui when you hear any of them but they each seem to have a character of their own. My 5-star rating is not only for this particular CD but for Keiko Matsui herself. A truly top-shelf performer."
