For this album, Kady Diarra developed her compositions with an aim to make the arrangements more modern. In a spirit of opening, she crosses balafon and percussion with guitars and Afrobeat. In her lyrics, Diarra remains faithful to the tradition of the griots and advises her African brothers and sisters in their everyday life, giving them hope in the future while honoring her ancestors. With this album, Diarra hopes that the music of the Burkina Faso will find its place with the general public.
