Acclaimed young Scottish act JYROJETS have been personally chosen by Richard Ashcroft to open his show in Glasgow. Richard really likes the band (in fact the band's press release is headline news on Richard's website) and decided to give them a break. They were runners up in the Vodafone Live Awards (XFM Best Breakthrough Act), have just returned from playing Moscow for the second time and are off to Manchester for the 'In the City' showcase next. The last Jyrojets gig in Inverness was a complete riot with 800 fans clambering to get in.
