THIS IS NOT THE JACKSON BROWNE PRODUCED REMAKE ON RYKO DISK.Co-produced and co-written by Jesse Ed Davis, this album was originally released only on cassette and is the record that Bob Dylan called 'Best Album of the Year,' in Rolling Stone.

This original collaboration with Jesse Ed Davis was responsible for focusing worldwide attention on Trudell's talent as a spoken word artist and poet.

A limited run of CD's was produced from the original master tapes in 2003. This CD is from that production run.

This is the original recording digitally re-mastered. Nothing has been re-mixed!
