CD Reviews

Disappointed

"I have all of John's music, and I felt he was just getting better. The variation of his tracks mixed with the flow of the instruments creates the originality I expect form his music. When I listened to this CD, I thought I was hearing Carlos Nakai. Not because that was bad, but unexpected! What happened to the moving spirits dancing with the flow of each note? I guess when you are spoiled by greatness, anything shy of that is a disappointment."
Way to go John!

"I purchased this CD in Mesa Verde last year, it was the CD that was playing in the gift shop, and I knew I had to have it.Listening to the melodic sounds of the Native Flute helps to relax and sooth after a long, hard day, yet, sometimes it helps in my concentration. The flute, mixed with the natural sounds of the Desert Southwest, is very pleasing to the ear.Upon hearing the title track, Canyon Spirit, I was taken back to the time I first visited the Cliff Dwellings in Walnut Canyon. If you like Native American Music, this is the CD for you!"
