"It's not often I come across a story that makes me laugh, dance and cry all at once. Songwriter Joel Melton & producer Tom Maxwell have accomplished that here with John Bricker's Journey (1791-1836), a story from Maxwell's family attic.
* If you like a great campfire story of the wild, wild West, listen to John Bricker.
* If you like an old-fashioned morality tale of the value of hard-work, initiative, and standing up for what's right and good in this life, listen to John Bricker.
* If you just like good acoustic music, listen to John Bricker. It's the soundtrack of Life."

"I loved the use of the music to highlight the storyline of this man. I enjoyed the sparse yet effective musicianship displayed on each track. I recomend to everyone!
