Product DescriptionDuring the seventies, the rich baritone voice of Joe Lee could regularly be heard at the jazz performance loft he operated in New York City's NoHo district known as the Ladies' Fort at No.2 Bond Street, just one block from the Studio Rivbea run by saxophonist Sam Rivers. Bond Street became a center of creative music in the city and as such attracted the attention of Japanese producer and Why Not label owner Masahiko Yuh. The session was done in N.Y. in 1976 with members of Joe Lee's regular band including the outstanding saxophonist Monty Waters and Japanese guitarist Shirohi Mori.
