"This old Hall's work as a leader, is one of his finest and best recordings. Accompanied by an unusual trio consisting of Jimmy Woode on bass and Daniel Humair on drums, this recording has an exquisite taste, similar to other old beautiful works on Basf, like the unforgettables "Sunday Walk", by Jean-Luc Ponty with Wolfgang Dauner, Niels-Henning Oersted-Pedersen and Daniel Humair, and "Intercontinental", by Joe Pass with Eberhard Weber and Kenny Clare."
