Debuting at #9 on the Euro Americana Chart, American Evolution is poised to be one of the most talked about recordings of 2008. Over the past several years, Pepper has been asking himself the question 'What has happened to my country?' He spent the winters of 2006 and 2007 holed up in his cedar sided home studio in the Conewago Mountains of Pennsylvania. The result is a 50-song, 3-CD series chronicling 500 years of American cultural and musical evolution. Volumes 2 and 3 will be released late in 2008.
