Synopsis

Product Description
For Jeff Chandler, music is a legacy. From early childhood his parents exposed him to a wide variety of musical influences ranging from Bill Gaither to the Beatles. He came up in the shadow of his father, Scott Chandler, a drummer who played at church and in a touring band. His musical debut, as humble as it was, came at 16 years old when one of his pastors cast him for the lead shepherd-boy role in the annual Christmas play. He still points to that experience as the defining moment that music became his life. Over the last decade, he has played venues ranging from coffee shops to coliseums and has had the honor of sharing the stage with Michael English, Gary LaVox and Jay Demarcus of Rascal Flatts, T.I. King, David Crowder, Steve Fee, Leeland and Grammy award winning artist, Casting Crowns. Jeff's song I Know You're There also made it onto Casting Crown's release, The Altar and the Door. As a singer and writer, Jeff reflects an eclectic blend of melodic roots. Country, gospel, and epic rock'n'roll flavors bring a unique taste to those who sample his work. His songs are primarily born out of relationships: his family, friends and those he serves as a spiritual leader. I feel like the purpose for my music is to bring healing and direction to broken hearts. I honestly feel that's what my life is about. Everybody needs that. I have been so fortunate to have that in my life...with my parents, my wife Danielle, my spiritual father Mark Evans...the list could go on with people God has put in my life to help me make this journey. That's what I'm about. Connecting myself, connecting others to our higher calling. Everyone has one...we just have to keep it in our focus...
