".... From the minute I walked in to the minute he stepped off the stage, I was entranced. He and the band were in such a great groove - I do believe they has found the golden tempo - and his voice just slid into my soul like warm coffee on a cold day. I would pay a pretty penny for that night's version of HeavenRight Here. I went out and bought the cd the very next day, and I can say without reservation that every track is an absolute delight. The lilting, easy grooves and Jeb's (not that we're on a first name basis, but he just seems so friendly!) voice and gets even better with every listen. I must also give a nod to the lyrics. I'm not a person who can ignore bad writing just because I like the music, and with Just What Time It Is, I don't have to. All these songs, especially Perfect Stranger, Heaven Right Here, Midnight, and Say Goodbye to Christopher, are gems. Hearing this album, I just want to lay down with the sun on my face and close my eyes and listen to the cd over and over and over again....."

"I first heard the lead song 'heaven right here' while driving back on i-95 from a fellas weekend gathering at a friends house in the woods of Pa. No, this is not the kind of weekend where guys are in a tepee saying they love each other! It's the kind where 3 or 4 good friends since grade school hang out drinking beer, playing horseshoes, listening to loud music, eating well, and scratching and peeing...ie, any fellas dream weekend! Anyway, this song came on and was the perfect ending to a great weekend. THe lead song with it's infectious chorus ('come on over to my yard, sit around, and let your troubles all disappear')was a real grabber. I had to have this cd for that song. I was extremely happy to find that the entire cd is a mellow, alt. country/folk reggae smorgasborg of easy listening pop! Perfect stranger is a fine example of mellow reggae/dub, Hold me til I fall, a slow, sleepy story of outside delights ("I'm gonna go fishing in the morning"),Kissing Gate a mellow but more uptempo love song,etc.... Folk/country/alt. rock/reggae soundscape with crisp playing that spellbinds..get drawn in!"
